It's very simple. If you are legally allowed to own a firearm and want an environment on which to practice or participate in competitions, simply go to the MEMBERS(opens in new tab) section and complete the form.

Membership is $700 per year, with no initiation fee. See membership types for what is included and how to apply.

There are two: a Private User membership for individuals and families living in the same household (each household member completes an application), and a Commercial membership for businesses. After you apply, we email you the next step and schedule your walk-through. Check your junk folder for our reply.

Unfortunately our expenses don't expire after 3 months so discounting for that period is difficult.

No. Deep 50 is a private, members-only outdoor shooting range. Non-members can shoot here in two ways: by competing in our monthly SCSA-sanctioned Steel Challenge match (third Sunday of each month), or as a guest of a member under our guest policy.

The range is open to members every day from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Some bays close during scheduled matches and events; check the events calendar before you visit.

Yes. Members may bring one guest per visit, up to 2 guest visits in 30 days and 6 in 12 months, and the same guest may visit up to twice per calendar year. The guest's signed liability waiver and a copy of their photo ID must be emailed to info@deep50.com at least 24 hours before the visit. Guests are not allowed on match days (the 3rd Sunday and 4th Saturday of the month) except in the rifle bay.

Seven general-purpose bays, each 20 yards wide by 25 yards deep, for pistols, pistol caliber carbines (PCC) and rifles, with steel targets, target stands, walls and props. A separate rifle bay goes out to 200 yards, with 50- and 100-yard berms and Vaughn concrete shooting benches. See Facilities.

Yes. In the general-purpose bays members can draw from the holster, move through the bay, engage multiple, moving and steel targets, and practice reloads. Steel targets are for pistols and PCCs; shotguns with birdshot may use the 18 x 24 inch steel plates only.

General-purpose bays: pistols with pistol caliber ammunition, PCCs, .223 and .308 rifles on paper targets, and shotguns with birdshot only. Rifle bay: all rifles out to 200 yards (.22 LR and PCC at the 50- and 100-yard berms only); no pistols. Prohibited on the property: fully automatic firearms, .50 caliber rifles, slugs and buckshot, and the Sig Sauer P320 and all its variants. Full details are in our Rules.

The simple answer is "NO'.  Our competitions are open to qualified individuals who wish to simply join in with the rest of the people. If you are new to competition, That's great! Just check in with the Match director or Contact Us(opens in new tab) first. Everyone at a match is very friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand and answer as many questions as you may have.

Yes. We offer firearms courses and concealed carry certification, with group or private instruction for beginners through advanced shooters. See Training.
