Events
This is a list of all the scheduled competition and events we have at the range. Pre registration is not required. Just show up and get in on the fun. We have many "couples" that shoot together and this is a great "date night" to spend time together.
If you have never competed in any of the disciplines we have, come out and watch and see if it is something you would like to try.

There are a total of 6 stages at this match and it is a fun and addicting sport.
When you are ready for some fast action after SCSA Steel Challenge, then you should move on to USPSA. You will be given instructions on how to start the stage HOWEVER, it is up to you to decide the best way to engage the targets for you or your equipment. You are scored on your speed and accuracy . This sport is a great blend of your imagination and your proficiency . Your skills will greatly improve by at least 10 times versus a trainer or just practicing.

The Cadre Session Five: Well This Is Awkward
- Prerequisites: A valid concealed carry license or equivalent
- Gear Needed: See below
- Class Date: Saturday, February 8th, 9am
- Class Location: Deep50 Range
It’s relatively easy to hit your target when you’re standing in one place, using both hands to hold your pistol with no distractions around you. If you haven’t noticed, though, a shooting range and the real world bear little resemblance to each other. In the real world, there are people in the way, or you may need to move in order to get your shot. Worse still, you may have the use of just one hand if you need to make the shot, and it may not be your dominant hand.
This class gets you out of your comfort zone and teaches you how to deal with things like one-handed shooting, shooting from around cover and dealing with crowds.

The Cadre Session Six: Becoming A Shot Caller
The final Cadre Session will coalesce everything that’s come before and push you to do even better. The previous five sessions have been about developing your pistol skills so that the process of grip, stance, sights and trigger happen automatically, speeding up your shooting and allowing your brain to handle other problems.
In Session Six, we put it all together, and have you shoot the FBI Pistol Qualification, one of the more-demanding pistol qualifications out there.
Gear Requirements:
- A pistol (9mm/38 Special or larger caliber)
- A spare magazine
- At least 200 rounds of ammo. The FBI qual takes 50 rounds, and we’ll be shooting it twice
- A cover garment such as light jacket or oversized t-shirt
- A holster suitable for concealed carry. Please do not bring a Blackhawk! Serpa holster or soft nylon holster such as an Uncle Mike’s or similar holster.
- A sturdy gun belt
